Android app installation

Android users may install our native app via Google Play Store or direct APK download from our website. Google Play version receives automatic security updates and is recommended for most players. To install via APK, visit Account → Download app, select Android, and enable "Unknown sources" in device settings before opening the APK file. Installation takes under 30 seconds. The app requests permission to: access your network connection (required for live streams), store files locally (for offline access and crash logs), and send notifications. iOS access notes

iOS users access 369zk via Safari or our responsive web app. Apple does not currently permit direct app distribution outside the App Store for gaming platforms in Indonesia; we provide a browser-based experience instead. Our web app performs identically to native apps on iOS. To add 369zk to your home screen, open the URL in Safari, tap the Share button, and select "Add to Home Screen." This creates a full-screen launcher icon that opens our platform in app-like mode. Performance is identical to the native app; live streams, notifications, and withdrawals function without compromise. Browser caching stores your login session for 30 days, so you need not re-enter credentials on return visits. Safari on iOS 14+ supports push notifications when added to home screen — enable under Settings once installed.

Web app and browser version

Our web platform (369zk.fun) operates identically across all modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. No plugins or extensions required. Load time on desktop averages 1.2 seconds; on mobile, 2 seconds on 4G. The web version includes all features available in the Android app. We recommend Chrome or Safari for optimal performance. Browser cookies store your login session (encrypted, expires after 30 days of inactivity). Clearing browser cache requires re-login on next visit. Two-factor authentication tokens are hardware-bound; if you clear cache, you will be prompted to re-confirm your registered email code. The web app works offline for account balance display and game rules; live-stream features require an active connection. For the best experience on older devices, use Chrome with JavaScript enabled (required for all interactive features).

Data usage and optimisation

Live-stream data usage varies by quality setting. High-quality football streams (1080p) consume approximately 3 GB per hour; standard quality (720p) uses 1.5 GB per hour; low-data mode (480p) uses 0.4 GB per hour. You may set your preferred quality under Account → Preferences → Streaming quality. Slot games consume minimal data — under 50 MB per hour of play. Static pages (rules, FAQ, account dashboard) use under 1 MB per visit due to aggressive image compression and lazy-loading. We recommend low-data mode for users on plans under 10 GB monthly. Live-dealer streams default to adaptive bitrate, which automatically reduces quality if your connection drops below 2 Mbps. Static images on the platform are served via CDN from multiple regional endpoints, ensuring fast load times across Indonesia (Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan). If you experience buffering, toggle low-data mode or reduce other active connections on your device.
